  • Return Policy: Exchange for merchandise only within 30 days and with receipt. We are not liable for product damage after delivery to patient room.
  • Refund Policy: If we are unable to deliver product because patient has been discharged, is not registered at this location or we are not able to confirm a room, the order will be refunded if this occurs the following business day.
  • Cancellation Policy: If we are unable to deliver product because patient has been discharged, is not registered at this location or we are not able to confirm a room, the order will be cancelled/voided if this occurs before the end of the business day.
  • Delivery / Shipping Policy: We offer free delivery to patients on-site. Gifts are delivered during regular gift shop hours and delivery service is not available during holidays or to off-campus locations. Orders placed up to two hours prior to closing will be delivered during the same business day. Online orders placed after the Gift Shop closes, will be delivered the following business day. Floral deliveries cannot be made to patients in ICU or CICU, but will be held in the gift shop until the patient is moved to a regular room.
  • Privacy Statement: No personal information is collected, tracked or shared concerning orders placed on our website. Information is used solely for purpose of delivery to patient.
